I feel incredibly fortunate to now call this area home, and hope you will give me the opportunity to share the greatness of our communities with you as you consider making a move, "to the beach". I will provide you with information about the area and it's many attributes. We have an array of different kinds of neighborhoods from waterfront properties on the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway to more rural riverfront properties. We have magnificent golf courses with many opportunities for homes with golf course views or wooded settings within those communities. We are also fortunate to have historical city properties in towns such as Georgetown, and country properties including southern plantations.

It takes a lot more than a "For Sale" sign in the front yard, a Multiple Listing entry, and an occasional ad in the classifieds to get a listing sold. When real estate agents sell a house, we sometimes have to "sell" it again and again before the contract is actually signed by the buyers and sellers.
Many events must occur before the closing. The house must be "sold" to the buyers' relatives, the home inspector, the appraiser, and other experts. The buyers must secure a mortgage. At some point during the process, the buyers may go through a serious case of "buyers' remorse" and consider backing out of the transaction.
